- Conduct market research and identify opportunities to develop and increase sales
- Determine customer needs and apply a product and services offering in an effective manner.
- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota with exceptional forecast predictability.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
- Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly and monthly basis
- Responsible for building the right sales forecast and develop the company portfolio based on evolving market needs
- Build the monthly sales plan and allocate monthly targets per Salesman
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills
- Must have experience in HR, outsourcing & Recruitment services.
- 2-3 Years of sales experience in HR services
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems
- Highly self-motivated
