- Develop olfactive pyramids to represent perfumes’ fragrance notes
- Read and identify GC-MS reports of synthetic materials, essential oils and final products
- Evaluation of raw materials and fragrances
- Perform tests and generate internal reports and for external registration purposes
- Develop MSDS report and complete products registration with ministry of environment Bahrain
- Co-ordination with ADSL UK/accredited labs, ESMA UAE and SASO etc. for products registration according to applicable regulation
- Production planning
- Stay abreast with receipt/transit of upcoming raw materials for effective production planning and scheduling of new product launch
- Mixing of all kinds of ingredients like essential oils, gels, bakhoors, and solid perfumes
- Effective control of mixing activities including production of essential oils and mixing of alcohol for sprays
- Keep up with ISO, GMP, EMS and OHSMS standards and to ensure compliance throughout the production process.
- Estimation of quantity of perfume oils needed for manufacturing of particular products and control on wastage & shrinkages.
- Effective implementation of regular production schedule and modification if and when required.
- Maintain the buffer level of incoming raw materials
- Verification of production slip and initiation of purchase requests to ensure timely arrival of raw material to get aligned with production schedule timeline.
