Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of business processes using Oracle BPM

2. Create complex process models, rules, and decision tables

3. Integrate Oracle BPM with Oracle SOA Suite (OSB, Mediator, BPEL)

4. Implement business rules and decision management

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements

6. Troubleshoot and optimize process performance

7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

8. Mentor junior team members
