We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kuwait. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities in our restaurants. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants are in optimal condition and provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the restaurant equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, cooking equipment, and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and cooking equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
