We are hiring Customer Service Quality Manager - Majorel KSA

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Manager to join our team in Al Yasamin, Riyadh. As a Customer Service Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service team delivers exceptional service to our clients. You will analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage quality assurance programs to ensure that customer service standards are met or exceeded.
  2. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Train and coach customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
