We are hiring Call Center Agent / Pakistani or Philippines

A Call Center Agent plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming calls and providing accurate information to customers
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
  4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  5. Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  2. Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers
  3. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  4. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  5. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus
