Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy and performance, preferably in the government sector
- Strategy management certification ( e.g. Balanced scorecard)
- Skills in data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Visio or Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills (Arabic/English)
- Experience in strategy and performance tools
Responsibility:
- Prepare/draft corporate strategy level, including cascading to sector and departmental in terms of objectives and KPIs
- Plan and ensure strategy execution with sectors and departments, including initiatives, projects, etc.
- Identify and manage strategic and operational KPIs including targets, frequent reporting, benchmarks, etc.
- Report on strategy achievements on a periodic basis
