We are seeking an experienced L&D Consultant to support our client on a temporary basis (1 year+).
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of HR processes and practices, coupled with proven experience in driving organizational change and implementing strategic HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our client's HR teams to assess their current HR landscape, identify pain points, and devise comprehensive HR transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of transformative HR programs and initiatives, such as organizational redesign, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and assessments to gather insights and build consensus around transformation priorities, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to communicate the business case for HR transformation and gain buy-in from key stakeholders in the company.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transformation journey, including change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR transformation efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular progress updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
