We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Officer to join our team. As a Distribution Center Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless movement of goods and products, while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. You will be a key point of contact between our suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the distribution center's operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control and warehouse organization
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Collaborate with suppliers and transportation partners to coordinate and track shipments
Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Train and supervise staff on proper handling and storage of goods
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
