We are seeking a talented, results-oriented In-house Legal Counsel, with a strong passion for client focus, to join our Legal team. This role will be responsible for working closely with business team, HR team, finance team, and other teams, to design the legal and compliance framework for our KSA business, to research, advise and provide solution on the legal issues, all within a fast-moving environment. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of KSA laws and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with our passionate and savvy business leaders and teams.
This position will be based in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Responsibilities:
1. Design the legal and compliance framework for KSA business.
2. Conduct legal research, provide legal advice, evaluation, and solution, with regard to Keeta’s business development and daily operation in KSA.
3. Draft and review commercial contract, and support business team in negotiation.
4. Handle regulatory investigation and dispute resolution.
5. Build and maintain network of regulatory authorities, law firms and other service providers through proactive reaching-out and on-going relationship management.
6. Keep an eye on the development and trends of regulatory requirement and relevant policies, and provide insights to business team.
