- set up and update the maintenance plan of project, equipment and machinery.
- Conduct periodic maintenance checks on the site, and for equipment and machinery.
- Hold daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review site performance.
- Co-ordinate with site Engineers to improve the site facilities, lower instances of equipment breakdown and develop strategies to improve the efficiency of construction and operation processes.
