- إلقاء التحية و إيصال الضيف الي طاولته وتقديم القائمة للضيف.
- التعامل مع قائمة الانتظار للضيوف.
- تلقي مكالمات الحجز ، واستلام الطلبات الخارجية ، وأي استفسارات أخرى عن طريق اللإتصال
- الرد والتعامل بأدب مع الشكوى إن وجدت.
- تقديم التقيم للضيف بعد الانتهاء من وجبة الطعام.
- إعداد التقارير المطلوبة من المدير المباشر.
- Welcoming and deliver the guest to his/her table and present the menu to the guest.
- Dealing with the waiting list for guests.
- Receiving reservation calls, receiving takeaway orders, and any other inquiries by calling
- Respond and deal politely with the complaint, if any.
- Present the feedback to the guest after the meal is finished.
- Preparing the required reports from the direct manager.
