  KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Parts area is well managed and operates smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction and supply of parts within agreed SLA’s.
• Liaise with company owned workshops, parts dealers, customers and AMW IT division as an when required.
• Ensure staff’s execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
• Maintain the discipline, safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Update the dealers regarding new parts/accessories as well as campaigns and monitoring of changes in the price.
