Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategy for organic dates production and export.
- Identify market opportunities and expand domestic and international market presence.
- Represent the company in key industry, government, and trade forums.
Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily operations including farm management, harvesting, packaging, and logistics.
- Ensure adherence to organic farming standards and sustainability practices.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources needed for production.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor KPIs and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
- Work with finance teams to ensure efficient funding and investment allocation.
Business Development & Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote organic dates locally and globally.
- Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and government entities.
- Explore opportunities in value-added products and vertical integration.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing management team across agriculture, processing, finance, and sales departments.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure continuous training and development of staff.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia’s regulations and international organic certifications (e.g., USDA Organic, EU Organic).
- Implement quality assurance systems and maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain.
