Key Responsibilities:
- Structural Design and Analysis: Provide technical assistance in structural design, calculations, and analysis for various types of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Coordination: Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and contractors to ensure the technical accuracy of the structural design and its alignment with project specifications and requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and structural design calculations, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.
- Quality Control: Conduct technical reviews of structural drawings and design calculations, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and compliance with local building regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to structural design, construction methods, or material selection.
- Site Coordination: Provide technical support to the on-site team and ensure smooth coordination between the office and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Client Liaison: Assist in communicating with clients, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all structural work complies with local and international building codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, or similar tools for analysis, design, and drafting.
