Job Description:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to insurance policies and claims.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments to ensure timely submissions and claim follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all insurance-related correspondence.
- Track claim statuses and assist in resolving any related issues.
- Support the finance or HR team with additional admin duties when needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative work, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
