- Greet and welcome customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations (e.g., thobes, accessories, ghutras, shemaghs, etc.).
- Explain product features, fabric types, sizes, and ongoing promotions clearly.
- Coordinate with the tailoring department if the customer requests customization or adjustments.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain cleanliness and organization within the showroom.
- Monitor stock levels and report any restocking needs to the supervisor.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies regarding appearance, attendance, and customer service.
