REQUIREMENTS FOR HR EXECUTIVE (ARABIC SPEAKER)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring smooth communication between Arabic-speaking employees and management. This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
  • Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between Arabic-speaking employees and management to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Organize employee engagement programs and welfare activities.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
