? Provide consultancy to customer related to solutions and services capabilities based on their needs and expectations.
? Experience in Pre-sales, Proposal/Bid preparation and Solution Delivery related consulting and Play key role in preparing proposals and bids for medium to large opportunities.
? Architect and design custom solutions of projects and customizations for E2E delivery cycle (Hardware, software, integration, security)
? Design complete Solution Architecture based on business, operational and technical analysis
? Understand different architectural styles, solution architecture methods, and integration approach and development patterns including integration, performance, security, database management, monitoring, legacy issues and manage them in systematic structured ways
? Work together with Project Manager on estimation, planning and scoping of the projects
? Build project teams together with Project Manager and UTL to scope, plan, design, deliver, test and deploy end-to-end solutions
? Write Technical and Application Specs including FRS based on collected requirements
? Act as the mentor to domain related family of solution team leads and developers, build Skills Matrix for skills development and assessment, execute development and delivery of training.
? Hands on experience in Telecom BSS and Mobile Money Domains.
? Relevant experience with any of Python, Java, C/C++/.Net, Databases, Shell Scripting etc.
? Experience in Mobile App Development.
? Experience with Cloud technologies (preferably Huawei FusionSphere) with Micro services architecture and PAAS, IAAS etc.
