Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Experience with office management software and equipment.
