We are hiring Tea Boy

The Tea Boy position in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is an essential role within the Business Support Services sector. This position involves providing beverage services, primarily tea and coffee, to staff and clients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the beverage preparation area while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area.
3. Ensure that all equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
4. Monitor inventory levels of tea, coffee, and supplies, and report shortages.
5. Assist in setting up and clearing away refreshments for meetings and events.
6. Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests and staff.
7. Follow health and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
8. Support other office staff with additional tasks as needed.
9. Engage with clients and staff to create a welcoming atmosphere.
10. Participate in training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency.
