• Preparation of documents, Loop checking, Trouble shooting
• Reviewing logic Diagram, Sequence flow chart, safeguarding and fire & gas logic and start up line up all Instruments
• Preparation and Review of pre-commissioning/commissioning documents check sheet, Test sheet
• Performing and witnessing the all type of Instrument TX, Control Valve, ESD, ON/OFF Valve and MOV
• Performing in Loop checking and fault finding as per Loop Wiring & schematic logic diagram
• Performing Control Valve & ESD Valve operation and stoke test
• Startup time line up the all Instrument and Level Transmitter are filling the particular fluid in the tubing
• Troubleshooting of all type of Instrument and line up the Instrument
• Witness and acceptance the commissioning loop folders as per system & sub system
• Preparation of punch list and Review of Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Dossiers
• Assisted vendor engineer for configuring points values, alarm set point, H/L points and Service description for the respective loops as per the details/feedback from the client
• Well Understanding & solve Loop diagram, Interlock drawing, Cause & Effect, Instrument Hook-up, P&ID, Layout drawing, and all Panel & Vendor Wiring Details.
