We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for General Practitioners to join a national initiative in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Health. This is a prestigious project aimed at improving health outcomes across Saudi Arabia. As a Field Supervisor, you will lead the charge in overseeing a team of Field Representatives, ensuring high-quality data collection in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Field Representatives in conducting in-person (door-to-door) interviews, with occasional phone interviews to ensure data quality control.
- Assist in the training of Field Representatives, offering guidance and resolving any challenges in the field.
- Conduct in-person interviews as needed throughout your designated region.
- Provide guidance to your team in handling fieldwork challenges to ensure a smooth data collection process.
