Mission of the job: Network Security Senior Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust network security solutions to safeguard our organization’s critical assets. This role demands a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and best practices to protect our network infrastructure from evolving threats.
Key Accountabilities:
Network Security Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive network security strategies and policies.
- Design and deploy advanced security solutions.
Threat Detection and Response:
- Monitor network traffic for unusual or suspicious activities.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
Security Operations:
- Maintain and update network security appliances and software.
- Manage and configure network security tools and technologies including NGFW, VPN, NAC, WSA, ESA, EPS, CASB, PAM, IAM and other network security technologies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall network security posture.
