- Develop and implement OD strategies to improve organizational performance
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
- Manage HR activities on Qiwa-Muqeem-Gosi-Taqat-etc.
