Continually establishes and/or reviews technical design, criteria, and specifications for all mechanical systems
Assist with the mechanical design of heating, ventilation, fueling systems, and air conditioning systems plumbing and fire protection for commercial and institutional facilities
Work independently and make technical mechanical decisions based on building code interpretation and company standard practice
Designing mechanical building systems including HVAC and plumbing
Create mechanical building system design plans from engineering concepts
Communicate and coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
Interacts with senior management and senior customer representatives
Performing assignments of limited scope and complexity
Develops heat load analysis models, flow models, as required for the design of facility systems.
