As a Health Club Supervisor at our facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health club and providing exceptional service to our members. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the health club, managing a team of fitness instructors and trainers, and ensuring that all members have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the health club.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Develop and implement fitness programs and classes for members.
- Provide guidance and support to fitness instructors and trainers.
- Monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
