A Talent Management Associate plays an important role within the Human Resources department, focusing on identifying, nurturing, and developing the organization's most valuable asset – its people. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning. The Talent Management Associate will collaborate with HR professionals to attract and retain top talent, supports employee growth through training and development initiatives, and assist in creating a dynamic, high-performance workplace culture. This role is essential for ensuring ktech’s talent pool is aligned with its strategic goals and future needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
  • Help maintain a candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open positions effectively.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Assist in tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate actions.
  1. Employee Development:
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development programs.
  • Identify skills gaps and work with employees and managers to create individual development plans.
  • Facilitate learning initiatives and track progress.
  1. Succession Planning:
  • Collaborate with HR Director to identify potential successors for key positions.
  • Develop and maintain succession plans to ensure continuity in leadership and talent pipelines.
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Participate in surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights.
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze HR-related data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key HR metrics and trends.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and confidential information.
