- Design, deploy and maintain wired, wireless, VoIP, Security, Data Center and cloud architectures.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical needs and convert them into solutions to effectively meet them.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase our products and solutions.
- Prepare costings and techno-commercial proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs/RFQs and raise RFIs whenever needed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that address customers’ needs.
- Laise with suppliers to price solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
- Conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to validate our solutions in the customer’s environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support during customer evaluations and trials.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and product development teams.
- Implement advanced security measures across network infrastructure, utilizing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security solutions to safeguard against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Optimize network performance and reliability through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime for our clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers to gather quotes and technical documentation.
- Optimize the designs and solutions to make them attractive and cost effective.
- Prepare compliance reports for the solutions we offer at ETISAQ.
- Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of our solutions at customer sites.
- Prepare HLD and LLD documents and update them till the final approvals.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the use and maintenance of our products.
- Provide on-site presence to support the projects as well as our AMC contracts.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover to the customer support and operations teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and issue resolution.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for network and systems issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective remediation measures in a timely manner.
- Visit sites to gather information to prepare the required take-off (data captures).
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and future developments.
- Join customer meetings with the sales team to ensure every customer engagement is a success.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and cybersecurity threats to continuously enhance our ICT solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and certifications.
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies by employing best practices to protect critical data assets and facilitate rapid recovery in the event of system failures or data loss incidents.
- Pursue relevant certifications, training courses, and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in various technology domains.
