We are currently fulfilling the following vacancies for a Mega

Transportation Project in Riyadh. Interested candidates (Saudis)

with Customer Service experience and English

Communications Skills


Provide guidance and support to Customers/Passengers

Respond to customer’s queries

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  3. Process customer orders and track shipments.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
