We are hiring Accounts Supervisor - Payroll - Universal Motors Agencies

Job description:

Verify changes in employee basic package, verify different payroll earning and deduction entries. Monitor divisional loan limits and verify employee loan initials and run monthly payroll, carry responsibility to manipulate loans. Monitor payroll functions and employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Counter check all payroll manual copies with computer data updated and verified by Senior Accountant - Payroll
2. Supervise and verify monthly variable entries.
3. Initiate loan approvals and guarantor acceptance.
4. Coordinates with external auditors and provide assistance to accounts manager.
5. Attend to reply to payroll inquiries as required.
6. Ensure all transaction approvals comply with UMA policies.
7. Authorize vouchers to accept/pay payroll related payments.
8. Carry out loan suspense, loan extend or loan termination.
9. Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
