•Operating machineries.
•Monitoring progress in an assigned area of a production lines.
• Complying with safety and quality standards.
• Liaising with the previous and next lines of production work.
• Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining assigned equipment.
• Reporting equipment breakdowns, any problems or faults with products, machineries immediately.
• Carry out preventive/periodical for maintenance machines and equipment.
• Supports the production manager in the implementation of all production instructions and schedules, with using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Record all packaging materials and tools.
• Always maintain a high standard of food hygiene safety.
• Follow all aspects of the Food Safety System, with particular attention to Critical Control Points (CCP).
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning routine for machines and equipment.
• Ensures that production meets the required quality and quantity of products on time and at the least possible cost.
