- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
- Collaborate with suitable vendors and contractors for smooth advancement of a project.
- Allow required services of contractors and other personnel after an in-depth evaluation of all necessary aspects.
- Include all the crucial aspects like the number of different materials, expected costs, overall budget, etc., for proper planning.
- Calculate Bill of Quantities.
- Prepare Tender documents for bid submissions.
