As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, managing schedules and appointments, assisting with correspondence, and coordinating office operations.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a high level of discretion and professionalism, as you will be handling sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with the coordination and execution of company events and meetings
