We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive workplace. This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with the labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
