We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Stone & Marble division. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, from production and quality control to business development and strategic planning. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Stone & Marble division.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance market position.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and logistics.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Recruit and develop key talent to strengthen the division’s capabilities.
- Customer Relations:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products and services.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
