- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes (Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding employees etc.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Systemize and track the hiring processes with ERP system.
- Coordinate local and international recruitment processes and support expatriate employees and their families with relocation arrangements.
- Extend and negotiate offers to candidates
