As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and aesthetically appealing home furniture products. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings and meeting the needs and desires of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new home furniture products, including sofas, beds, and other related items.
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform the design process.
- Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as Inventor, to create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D product models.
- Generate product prototypes and work closely with the prototyping team to refine designs and ensure functionality and quality.
- Create comprehensive design specifications, including material selection, dimensions, and manufacturing processes, to guide production.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve product design and innovation.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to create compelling product presentations and visual materials for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements in all product designs.
