- Works independently, providing talent solutions for all recruitment-related activities. This includes taking the initiative to address corrective actions once an issue arises.
- Manage a team of experienced recruiters.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
