Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and values.
- Identify key target audiences and create content that effectively communicates the unique offerings of our coffee and food establishments
- Produce engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos that showcase our products and brand
- Identify, build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors within the food, coffee space and utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to management
