We are hiring Process Design Engineer - Area Energy

As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving processes to optimize production efficiency and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement process design strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues
3. Conduct process simulations and analyses to optimize production parameters
4. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and standard operating procedures
5. Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
6. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process design
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in process design
3. Strong knowledge of process simulation software, such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS
4. Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar software for creating technical drawings
5. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Attention to detail and accuracy
