الدور الرئيسي:
يقوم مدير تشغيل وعمليات المطاعم بإدارة الأنشطة اليومية للمطاعم لضمان تحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية وتوفير تجربة تناول طعام متميزة للعملاء. يعمل على تحقيق الأهداف المالية والاستراتيجيات التي تحددها الإدارة العليا.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة عمليات اليومية للمطعام بشكل فعال وكفاءة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتحسين الربحية.
- تطوير وتحسين سياسات العمل والإجراءات لضمان جودة الخدمة.
- توفير تدريب وإشراف للموظفين لضمان أداءهم الفعّال.
- ضمان تنفيذ معايير النظافة والسلامة الصحية في المطعم.
- تحليل البيانات وتقديم تقارير دورية لتقييم أداء المطعم.
- إدارة المخزون ومراقبة التكاليف لتحسين كفاءة العمل.
- التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وضمان رضاهم.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant to ensure operational efficiency and provide customers with an exceptional dining experience. They work to achieve financial goals and implement strategies set by senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the restaurant's daily operations.
- Achieve sales goals and enhance profitability.
- Develop and improve work policies and procedures to ensure service quality.
- Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure effective performance.
- Ensure implementation of hygiene and health safety standards in the restaurant.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports to assess restaurant performance.
- Manage inventory and control costs to improve operational efficiency.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
