We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You will handle all guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency, from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
2. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
3. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
4. Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other concierge services
5. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean and in good condition
6. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
7. Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
8. Handle telephone calls and reservations in a courteous and efficient manner
9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of service

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
6. Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written
7. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
8. Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
