- Conduct thorough borrower interviews to assess their financial situation and determine the best mortgage products for their needs.
- Educate clients on the various types of mortgage products available and guide them through the mortgage process.
- Collect and analyze borrower information, including credit reports, income verification, and property appraisals, to determine loan eligibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan applications to underwriting for approval.
- Communicate regularly with borrowers, real estate agents, and loan processors to ensure a smooth and timely loan closing process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and production targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
