Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment rental and used machinery sales, specifically in the areas of Manlifts and Diesel Power Generators.
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and project managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the selection and use of equipment, based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of rented equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment rental and used machinery sales, with a focus on Manlifts and Diesel Power Generators.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the construction industry.
- Deep knowledge of the equipment rental market, including pricing, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
