  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture.
  • Manage job design and job descriptions.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and wellbeing.
  • Create compensation and benefits structures in line with the market benchmarks.
  • Define the roles and responsibilities of the team members and evaluate their performance in a regular basis.
  • Listen to the team, discuss their challenges, resolve problems, and direct activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.
  • Organize the team and their daily activities while providing guidance on priorities.
  • Verify and select personnel for administrative and technical jobs.
  • Mentor, train, and transfer knowledge and skills to subordinates.
  • Motivate and engage the team for better performance.
