• Technology and Equipment Management: Stay updated with the latest advancements in drone technology and equipment. Evaluate and acquire new drones, sensors, software, and hardware as needed to enhance capabilities and stay competitive.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data collected by drones. Establish protocols for data validation, calibration, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality outputs to clients.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about local, national, and international regulations governing drone operations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, obtain necessary permits and certifications, and implement safety protocols.
