As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storage area and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and products, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits
- Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored in a clean and organized manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material and product requests in a timely manner
- Prepare and package materials and products for shipment, ensuring that all necessary documentation and labeling is completed
- Perform regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- Perform other duties as assigned
