You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, providing support and guidance to new employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-employment checks, background verifications, and necessary paperwork.
Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring employees are provided with the necessary information regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and expectations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each employee's role and department.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
Monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding period, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful integration into the organization.
Conduct post-onboarding evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
