Online Reservations: Handle reservations for travel tickets and hotel accommodations, including
booking, cancellations, and changes.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing
customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Tourist Offers: Create customized tourist offers based on customer preferences and requirements.
Travel Regulations: Stay updated on passport, visa, and other travel-related regulations to guide
customers accurately.
Information Gathering: Collect and maintain information about travel offers, comprehensive travel
agreements, and related documentation.
Communication: Effectively communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel companies to coordinate
bookings and resolve issues.
Organizational Work: Manage administrative tasks related to reservations, correspondence, and
organizational requirements.
Commercial and Tourist Trips: Coordinate and book commercial and tourist trips, both domestically and
internationally.
